Our Team

Keith Carver, President

As part owner and managing partner of Show Me Blinds, I am committed to providing exemplary customer service, and exceeding the expectations of our customers. After 30+ years of experience as a supplier to the automotive industry, I have learned that prioritizing the needs of our customers is a critical component to our long-term success. Equally as important though, is assembling the right team of people who adopt our mission and share my passion for treating our customers as family; and doing what “is right’’ every time, all the time. Whether I manage like Whitey or Tony, my “players” will make us winners

My introduction to shades and interior decor began back in 1988 when I took over the role as Sales Manager for Osage Vans in Linn, Mo. One of our first major tasks there was changing our materials (furniture, shades, and carpet) for the customized vans we manufactured and sold to automobile dealers throughout the Midwest, and especially in St. Louis. We realized that using materials of the highest quality would provide the greatest value to our customers. That is why I have chosen American made Hunter Douglas products. They are simply the best products, which are backed by the best warranty in the industry.

In my "spare" time, I love watching my son play baseball, Cardinals baseball, Blues hockey, SLU hoops, live music, attending my church, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends.

Marcia Herrmann, Senior Designer

Hi! I’m Marcia Herrmann, and I am the Senior Designer and sales consultant for Show Me Blinds, Shutters and Drapery in Kirkwood, MO.

Upon graduating in 1994 with a degree in Interior Design, I directly entered the window covering industry selling Hunter Douglas window products. It’s been my passion now for 26 years! I am also involved in many other facets of interior design including selection of all finishes, space planning, and kitchen and bath design.

Working with our clients and giving design advice is one of the things I love most about my job. I believe it is so important to support our local businesses by shopping local, and buying American made products.

I love what I do, so let me help you!

Teresa Maletich, Office Manager

Hi! I’m Teresa Maletich. My title is Office Manager, but if I was a baseball player, I’d be the Super Utility Secret Weapon. I’m the head scheduler, listener, advice giver, lunch ordering, product tracking, order tracing, installation coordinating, problem solving chief. If someone loses a sock in the dryer, I find it!

I try to make sure that things run smoothly. When we hit a barrier, I coordinate the team to find a solution. Our mission is to exceed client expectations one home at a time, and I take that to heart.

I graduated from Lindenwood University in 2002, with a degree in Human Resource Management.  I began to transition to office manager roles in 2018. I love helping people and that’s why I love working at Show Me Blinds! We’re a family, and I want our team to help families like yours.

When I’m not at work I divide my time between projects with my husband, playing with our grandkids, crocheting, flower gardening, and snuggling with my pets.

Kelly Niles

Hi! I'm Kelly Niles. I have enjoyed a 20-year career in the interior design industry in St. Louis, working with, and for, design firms and builders.  I have specialized in window treatments for more than half of my career. I have learned that product quality, and both manufacturer and retail store integrity are vital to exceeding customer expectations. I have found both as a design specialist for Show Me Blinds and selling Hunter Douglas products.

I'm from St. Louis, come from a large St Louis family, and before you ask, I went to Cor Jesu!  I spend most of my free time with my husband watching our daughter and two sons play soccer and baseball.  We also enjoy cheering on the Blues and Cardinals, and are frequent visitors to the Zoo, Botanical Gardens, and Grants Farm.

I look forward to meeting you, and assisting you design and customize your window treatment project! I LOVE what I do!!
